We accept returns on all Shoes and Handbags within 15 days after the arrival or within 30 days of the purchase date. Kindly make sure the merchandise is returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped, new, and unused in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in.
We accept returns in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the EU - Orders from other countries/zones are considered Final Sale and, thus, are not eligible for the return/exchange process.

Returns will not be processed unless they go through our Returns Center.
To start the process simply add your order number and email used to make the purchase.
Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and follow the steps on how you would like to proceed.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email.

We offer Free Exchanges in the United States and Canada.
Submit your request at our Returns Center and let us know which item(s) would you like to exchange.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please report all damaged or incorrect item(s) received at our Returns Center within 48 hours of the delivery date with photo(s) showing your product(s).
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, during Black Friday Sales please allow up to 10 business days for our team to process your refund once we receive your merchandise.
All items in orders from countries/zones other than the US, Canada, Australia and the EU are considered Final Sale.
Earrings and Turbands are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and health safety.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
United States and Canada: You can select the option of getting a $14.99 prepaid shipping label with a fixed amount that will be deducted from your refund once we receive the returned merchandise.
All other countries: You can return your item(s) using a courier of your choice, in this case, you must use a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that returns that exceed 3kg in weight can be charged an additional label for transport fees.
We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you want to cancel or make any updates regarding your order please contact our Support Team at email@example.com to see if a modification can be made - we cannot guarantee these requests will be successful.
Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after you provided a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount - the customer is responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order.
