We accept returns on all Shoes and Handbags within 15 days following the delivery date.

To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition - unworn and unused, including all original packaging and tags.

We accept returns in the United States. Orders from other countries/zones are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 


Visit our Returns Center, enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and follow the provided instructions.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive the shipping label and step-by-step instructions via email. 

Returns for refunds to the original payment method incur a $9.95 fee. Returns for store credit are free.

Returns will not be processed unless they go through our Return Center.


We offer Free Exchanges in the United States. 

Submit your request at our Returns Center and let us know which item(s) would you like to exchange.

After your exchange request is approved, you'll receive a free shipping label and instructions via email.

Once an item is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again; it can only be returned for store credit.


Please report all damaged or incorrect item(s) received at our Returns Center within 48 hours of the delivery date with photo(s) showing your product(s) to facilitate the process.


We will process your refund to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference, within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

  • Orders from outside the USA.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final Sale items (identified as "Final Sale" in the product title).
  • Earrings and Swimwear, for reasons of hygiene and health safety.

Our prepaid shipping labels are priced at $9.95, which will be deducted from your refund once we receive the returned merchandise. This fee applies only if you opt for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that for each product returned beyond the first item, an additional fee of $4.95 per extra product will be applied.

Returns for store credit and exchanges are free.


We process our orders as fast as possible and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you want to cancel or make any updates regarding your order please contact our Support Team at hello@lookslikesummer.com to see if a modification can be made - we cannot guarantee these requests will be successful.


Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after you provided a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount - the customer is responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order.
